Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- You were charged multiple times
- The file is permanently corrupted and cannot be replaced
- You did not receive the product due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve
